This paper explores various conflict resolution techniques and evaluates their effectiveness in improving workplace relationships. We delve into five primary methods: communication strategies, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and conflict management training, discussing their merits and limitations. The paper concludes by highlighting the importance of selecting the most appropriate technique based on the specific context to foster positive workplace relationships and enhance overall organizational performance.
