Abstract

This research investigates the complex connection between leadership styles and employee engagement, analysing how different leadership styles affect organisational outcomes including turnover and output. The company's leadership greatly affects the culture and morale of its workforce. This article lays the groundwork for a comprehensive framework by identifying several leadership styles, outlining the concept of employee engagement, and assessing the connection between the two. This paradigm will provide light on how to strategically link diverse forms of leadership in order to maximise employee engagement and, by extension, retention and productivity. The ultimate purpose of this research is to give organisations with the data they need to build effective leadership and management initiatives.
